Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for the use of the Services provided by the Company through the Site, the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. “Site” means the website (www.syinnovation.net) operated by the Company to provide the Services.
2. “User” means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
3. “Services” means all services provided by the Company through the Site, including the provision of company and solution information and online inquiries (consultation requests).

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of the Terms)

1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the Site so that users can easily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
3. When amending the Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment on the Site at least 7 days before the effective date. However, where the amendment is unfavorable to users, it will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
4. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Services. If the user continues to use the Services after the amended Terms take effect, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amendments.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The Company provides the following Services:
   • provision of information about the Company, its security solutions (Trust CA, Trust Gateway), and IT services;
   • receipt of and response to online inquiries (consultation requests);
   • other services determined by the Company.
2. The Company may change all or part of the Services it provides according to operational or technical needs, in which case it will announce the changes on the Site.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, disruption of communications, or where there is a substantial operational reason.
2. Where the provision of the Services becomes impossible due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disaster, national emergency, power failure, failure of service facilities, or a surge in usage, the Company may restrict or suspend the Services.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Services:

1. using another person's information or entering false information;
2. altering, reproducing, or distributing information posted by the Company without authorization;
3. infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation, credit, or other rights of the Company or third parties;
4. interfering with the stable operation of the Services or causing failures in the information and communications network;
5. any other act that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, solution names, and related materials) belong to the Company.
2. Users must not use information whose intellectual property rights belong to the Company for commercial purposes — by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other means — or allow third parties to do so, without the Company's prior consent.
3. “Trust CA,” “Trust Gateway,” and the Company's trademarks, service marks, and trade name are assets of the Company, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information. Matters concerning the processing and protection of personal information are governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)

1. The Company does not engage in any act prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide the Services continuously and reliably.
2. The Company maintains a security system to protect personal information so that users can use the Services safely, and it discloses and complies with its Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing the Services if it is unable to do so due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for any impediment to use of the Services caused by reasons attributable to the user.
3. The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any damage arising from information or materials obtained by users through the Services.
4. The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site or information provided by third parties.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Any dispute arising between the Company and a user is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any lawsuit concerning a dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with the use of the Services is filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms take effect on August 24, 2026.
